The XWCHIPS DDR4/DDR3 system tests both 288-pin DDR4 and 240-pin DDR3 DIMMs, including LRDIMM. This lower-cost option includes a rugged DDR3 test socket, while the DDR4 adapter uses a production socket. Optional RAMCHECK adapters are available for DDR2, DDR, 168-pin and 144-pin SDRAM, SIMMs and chips. |
